Upon checkin warned not to dispose any tissue paper into toilet bowl otherwise if cause chokage will have to pay $1000 fee. Not sure if other hotels there have this issue. Noise insulation is very bad as we can hear neighbors talking and moving things clearly making getting to sleep difficult. Breakfast is served at a restaurant a distant away with simple plain vegetarian dishes.

沒有空調就算了還沒有辦法開窗雖然晚上睡覺不會熱但是真的很悶房間有一股黴味散不掉枕頭甚至還有血漬⋯ 不過服務人員都還算蠻熱心的內部裝潢也很新地理位置也優越整體還算能接受

酒店：從阿里山的園區有提供免費接駁，棒！三人房間略小。在園區附近搭小火車很方便，走路5-10分鐘。有高血壓的人士注意‼️ 可能會略有高反。酒店五分鐘距離有衞生所，可以應急，而且免費。整體體驗不錯。推薦附近的山賓火鍋，店主主張不浪費，食物味道不錯。另外提醒各位：日出不是百分百可以看到，建議到附近的珉月線去看日落，免得失望。

新裝修的酒店，設施一流，有電梯不用爬樓梯。前台服務熱情周到，室內清潔整齊，床品舒適，淋浴水很大洗澡很舒服。組織清晨看日出，早上有車直接來酒店接。唯一缺點就是早餐要去外面的店裡吃，看過日出人多排大隊，餐食普通。

新裝修舒適、整潔、最重要係有電梯，早餐比想中好吃👍有免費接駁車可到阿里山區轉運站和阿里山火車站👍。注意：1）我是訂住2天，第2天下午1時行完山回房洗澡才發現沒有熱水，原來熱水供應是下午三時開始，住多天的朋友要注意。 2）酒店是沒有雪櫃的，建議酒店添加小雪櫃

The hotel is located within the Alishan National Scenic Area, which is very convenient if you're planning to join a sunrise or sunset tour. They also offer drop-off service to the Alishan transport station, but you’ll need to inform them in advance. Breakfast coupons are provided for a nearby restaurant, which is basically local taiwainese food. When we checked in, the staff seemed a bit off or in a bad mood, but the rest of the staff we met afterward were friendly and helpful.

乾淨整潔舒適。因隔日早上需前往轉運站搭乘台灣好行，人員特地免費協助請接駁車載我們2老2大1小，很貼心。

櫃枱人員超親切的，辦理入住時介紹了附近可以到哪裡吃東西，還給我們推薦了一下游園路線，給了我們一張地圖可參考，很方便👍🏻 由於我們有相關需要，在提前跟酒店溝通後，他們還給我們安排了愛心房型，浴室很大，熱水供應良好，也在浴室內提供了防滑椅。另外，每張床都有電熱毯，但我們有點用不慣，最後覺得太熱反而關掉了😂 但從外面回到房間時有電熱毯真的好舒服！酒店也有日出團、日落團、觀星團，很方便，不需要那麼早起去搭小火車。整體住宿體驗非常舒服又滿意，推！😊

The hotel is relatively new and clean. It has water dispenser (hot, warm, cold) on every floor which means no need to buy drinking water back to hotel. There are many eateries nearby so no need to worry about no food to eat at night. As hotel is within the Alishan park, can go on the day of check in and the following day. It’s better to go to the park in the morning as there will be less people around. We went around 8am and not many people were there. Breakfast provided was at nearby restaurant. Not tasty but ok. Suggest just take the porridge and bread. Don’t like the fried noodles and veggies. Bed was not pocketed spring. I could not sleep well as the bed bounce when my partner tossed and turned. There were lints on the bedsheets which I found uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on top of the quilt and hence feeling very cold when I slept. Comfortable room size
